It’s a structured way of listening — so your own clarity can begin to take shape.

What Happens Here

You’ll be guided through a short series of reflective questions.

There’s no scoring, no right answers, and nothing to “get correct.”
As you move through the experience, one of the Directions will likely stand out more, not because it’s assigned to you, but because it reflects something you already feel.

From there, you can explore that Direction more deeply, or simply take what you’ve noticed and sit with it.

Nothing is locked.
You move at your own pace.
